The Individual Development Account program (IDA) at On ponit for refugees & immigrants is an opportunity for any refugee or immigrant who has been in the U.S. less than five years to receive assistance in building their financial future!

Reinforcing our Commitment
The mission of the Employment Program is to help our members, based on their career goals and past experience, and identify matching job opportunities. The program also provides employment coaching and guidance to job seekers so that they can secure and maintain long-term employment.
Assistance with employment includes helping write resumes and cover letters, searching for jobs, applying for jobs, following up with employers, preparing for interviews, providing transportation and assist during interviews when necessary, assisting with the onboarding process, helping with interpretation during orientation and other phases of the hiring process, and mediating in case of crisis between employee and employer.
On point for Refugee & Immigrant provides all essential services to ensure that all New Americans can live productive lives, engage in their communities, and continue to pursue successful integration. On point for Refugee & Immigrant bridging Case Managers assist refugees and immigrants in navigating everyday tasks that may seem overwhelming or complex but are ultimately necessary for their path to self-sufficiency.
Citizenship Services
Once clients are ready to start the process of citizenship, Immigration Specialists are available to guide them through the process with cost-effective services. Clients receive assistance with applications, documentation, and filling out the appropriate forms to become eligible for citizenship.
Participants also receive ongoing case management and citizenship interview preparation services that support them from intake until oath ceremony. After becoming a US citizen, the client then has access to services that prepare them to vote and become engaged in the American civic process.
Our Education Program offers citizenship classes that help prepare individuals for the process of becoming a U.S. citizen.

After-School & Elders English Beginner Program
Empowering student's 3rd-12th grade and early college participants to better succeed in their academic and personal lives through math, reading, Computer skills and soft skill building, while providing a safe learning environment that is inclusive.
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30pm-7:30pm.
Our current program runs until May.
